Exercise Ball Core Workout Core Exercise?

Core exercise? - exercise ball core workout

I've heard that people, when they want great abs, you should concentrate on developing the base. So ... Can someone me a good training ground you can take that do not require a stability ball and works every muscle and abdominal and back muscles, or W / E, is the core.

This version of high-speed gas-AB (because the speed is high, it seems) a little strange. Do 25 repetitions of each exercise belly (or more), with about 15 seconds rest in between. Not sure if this is exactly what you want, but it helped me get a very flat tummy, and even lines of the ABS!

Do what you like situps in 1 minute. as you can. Then do what (many cracks, the conclusion must be that). Then, like a month, you should have a good fit abdominal / core!
