Is BSNL Bangalore giving new landline/broadband connection in Haralur area (near to HSR layout)? - bsnl broadband in haralur road bangalore

I have recently moved into a house in Lake Dew Residency Haralur Layout (HSR reliably close behind home IDEB Springfield).

I need a connection to the Internet for my business broadband. It must have broadband connections and can not work with dial-up or wireless data cards. I inquired with Reliance and Airtel, and none of them is to give the connection in this area.

Who knows, if BSNL or any other company, provides broadband access in this area (Haralur)? All suggestions are welcome.
