Better to install a package unit HVAC system or a split unit for a 2400 sq foot residence? - how to install a hvac split system
My contractor recommends a packaging unit draws my architect of the unit of the division. Not sure which side.

when you say "split" means that the control is provided over the area? If yes, I agree with your architect. this is an area large enough for a unit of heat / cold, making it not so satisfied with his air flow. My advice is to call all local action groups, Instill now and ask your coordinator and ask the same question that his interest (awakened, to buy for them even if not)
Basic dont really trust any of these guys, go for a company, ac by itself, which for air circulation. it would be more than happy to help a potential customer.

My position is no basement, so I'm not sure about the pros and cons of the division wrapped disadvantages. I still recommend a company called AC anyway.
